Objective - to provide a new fundamental knowledge about the mechanism of tribological processes and increase the wear resistance of titanium alloys developed by applying heterogeneous anti-friction coatings. Research methods were used: chemical analysis, measurement of micro-hardness, metallographic and X-ray diffraction, Auger spectroscopy, the study of tribological properties. The investigation method and tribological complex to research coating surface layer on titanium alloy BT22 for the stage of the running and stationary wear were developed. A combined technology and the method of plasma spraying with a double melting of alloy based on iron on BT22 with high wear resistance and running-in due to the formation of its gradient structure were developed. A laboratory technology of carbon nanotubes growing and a wear resistant composite coating with carbon nanotubes were developed. The model of physical and chemical processes that determine the formation of metal - carbon nanotubes composite coatings is developed. The introduction of these technologies allows to reduce production costs, energy and materials spending, and improve the reliability and durability of hardened and restored friction unit details at the enterprises of aviation, thermal power, metallurgical machinery, etc. Product Description popup.authors Веліканова Т.О.
