The methodologies for obtaining stable aqueous colloidal solutions of "inorganic nanoparticle - organic molecules" complex were developed. The kinetic and thermodynamic stability of hybrid complexes based on inorganic nanoparticles and the dye molecules was investigated. The obtained kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of destruction of "inorganic nanoparticle - organic molecules" complexes clearly indicate on their stability under condition of physiological temperatures.
