Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Using the results of the first stage of work the design documents of the internals (drawings and passport) was analyzed and existing mathematical models of free swelling and swelling taking into account stress-strain state were considered for steel 08Kh18N10T and foreign analogues (AISI 304 and AISI 316). A checking calculation was performed for progressive forming of internals baffle using the procedure being regulated by reference documents acting in Ukraine. The results of calculations appeared to be too conservative and do not correlate with the results of current calculations of similar elements, received by foreign specialists. The results of carried analytical survey of state of the problem on determination of stress-strain state of the elements of WWER-1000 reactor internals was used to ground solution of efficient method of calculation prediction of stress and progressive forming of internals elements taking in account the processes of radiation swelling and creep.54815481 Product Description popup.authors
