The research of this processes is necessary for determination technological principles of melting process and melt extraction, discovery impact of disk's heat condition on microstructure, determination optimum of disk parameters because geometrical sizes and material of the disk lead crystal's structure changes. The aim of work is research influence disk's parameters, its material, shape and geometrical sizes on melt extraction process, for production structure with amorphous and microcrystal structure. In the report are represented analyses of literature sources about current topic, figure of melt extraction equipment, peculiarity of technology, disk's heat condition research.
