Aim - to develop high-strength brazing filler metal, technology of its manufacture, technology of high-temperature VB HNA and dissimilar joints. Methods - study of melting interval and phase transformation (VDTA-8); optical and electron microscopy; micro X-ray spectrum analysis; standart procedure for tensile tests at room and elevated temperature with application of simple stresses. Obtained - data on structure, intervals of melting. capillary properties of multi-component Ni-Pd alloys. Determined was an effect of alloying elements on structure peculiarities of Pd-Ni-Me brazing filler metals and their capability of plastic deformation. Developed - high-temperature Pd-Ni-Cr-Ge brazing filler metal and scientific basics of high-temperature VB HNA. Experimental-industrial check of the brazing filler metal (mechanical tests at room temperature T and elevated (550 C, 785 MPa) showed long term strength which is tow times higher than that of commercial brazing filler metal.
