The objects of investigations are epiphytic lichens and lichensynusias of localities of the "Olexandria" Dendrological Park and adjacent territories. The aim of research is estimation of life state of epiphytic lichen flora of main arboreal species of the "Olexandria" Dendrological Park connected with technogenic pollution of its territory and worsening of state of atmospheric air. Common scientific (induction and deduction, analogy, generalization) and special (field, biomorphologic, floristic) methods were used in research. Species composition of epiphytic lichens of the "Olexandria" Dendrological Park was studied and comparative analysis of lichen flora of the Park with others botanical organizations was done in result work. It was showed that such high sensitive to atmospheric pollution widespread in past species as Ramalina capitata and species of family Physciaceae: Phaeophyscia ciliata and Physcia caesia disappeared from territory of the "Olexandria" Dendrological Park. Results of investigation were established that at present species composition of epiphytic lichens of the Park represented 94 species lichens from 25 families. The most quantity of epiphytic lichens was observed on the trunk of Quercus robur (48 species), less - on the trunk of Populus x canescens (43 species) and Fraxinus excelsior (40 species). The comparative analysis of lichen flora of localities of the Park showed that high sensitive to atmospheric pollution species of lichens on territories with high level atmospheric pollution were absent. However, in general, state of atmospheric air of the "Olexandria" Dendrological Park is satisfactory.
