Goal of the work -development of theoretical and experimental fundamentals forvibration and shocktesting electronic components and improving, on this basis, technology and methodology for conducting these tests. Method of the research - analysis of vibration and shocktests of electronic components. Experimental developingsupportive non-resonance appliances and improving existing vibro-testing equipment to eliminate causes of poor-quality tests. The existing methods and tools for vibration and shock testing electronic equipment have been surveyedand their drawbacks have been identified; the relationship between vibrations that are driven to places ofelectroniccases attachment andvibrations inblocks, boards and components has been analyzed; the dynamic characteristics of standard equipment and devices for securing electroniccomponentshave beenresearched; shock pulse characteristics have been studied on the industrialtesting stands, which adjustment had been made; the industrial tensometry instruments for measuring strain and stress in electronic componentshave been modified; method for high-speed computer video-shooting has been developed, which is used for video-shooting oscillations in electronic components during vibration tests; the computer video-records have been analyzed; the theoretical methods forultimate impact strength estimation in mechanical system have been offered and high-speed video-shooting of the metal deformation while being impacted has been provided; the shock stands have been calibrated; the measures fortechnical improvingtesting equipment and devices for securing electronics componentshave been developed; resonance-securing devices have beentheoretically grounded, designed and created; the nano-technological methodfor attachingunits to the table stands has been verified; nano-technological method forattaching units and non-resonance appliances have been applied to vibration and shocktesting technologyin electronics; test methods for vibration of electronic components whose weight exceeds the technical possibilities of shakershave been developed; the constructions of pneumatic vibratorshave been offered; the method for finding center of gravity of complex designs has beendeveloped. The results of research are implemented to technologiesfor testing dynamic characteristics of electronic equipment in the electronic industrial enterprises. The obtained results of the project have perspective for further development in the following areas: creation of various types and designs of non-resonance appliances, from materials that for example have high damper properties; creation of small individual vibration and shock generators; development and testing of various types of rheological mixtures for attaching tested units Product Description popup.authors Бобровнікова Кіра Юліївна Бойко Юлій Миколайович Возняк Андрій Геннадійович Горошко Андрій Володимирович Ковтун Ігор Іванович Лисенко Сергій Миколайович Мороз Віктор Андрійович Петращук Світлана Анатоліївна Ройзман Вiлен Петрович Савенко Олег Станіславович Чоловський Роман Генадійович Яновицький Олександр Костянтинович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
