Research Object: the process of forming and modelling the strategy and tactics of financial management of business entities. Research Objective is to develop theoretical bases, methodological approaches, theoretical and practical recommendations for forming and modelling the strategy and tactics of financial management of business entities. Research methods: classification methods of statistical data, methods of forming of integral indices, factor analysis, modelling and data prognostics methods etc. Research outcomes: theoretical and methodological approaches to forming and modelling strategies of business entities have been improved. A set of innovative strategies, mechanisms and tactics in the sphere of financial management of business entities has been developed. A system of complex analysis and modelling for decision making in financial sphere has been suggested. Besides, the researchers have compiled a set of information materials to outline efficient strategies of financial growth of business entities in the conditions of modern dynamic environment. The obtained results of the research have been applied to practice by the Committee on Issues of Economic Policy of Ukraine (attr. to Verhovna Rada), National Commission on regulating financial markets, various enterprises. Also the obtained data have been introduced in educational process of higher educational institutions. Perspectives of further research: it is deemed feasible to balance the processes of financial and economic security management at enterprises in order to encourage their innovative development.
