The purpose of research is to create scientific foundations of new technological proc-esses for obtaining high-quality alloys, including special, manufacturing of cast billets, the study of mechanisms and determination of the main treatment patterns and crystallization of metal in a complex application of concentrated heat sources, electromagnetic fields and MHD factors, modern control systems and control of technological proc-esses of manufacturing cast metal production. In the course of research were studied the effect MHD factors on the dispersion and distribution of argon bubbles in molten aluminum what is entering into the liquid metal in the cold form of heated gas stream or plasma. The regularities of the filtering process aluminum melt through ceramic foam filters under the action aimed MDI established in the streams in the conditions of their passing an alternating current through the melt. Rational parame-ters of process treatment for alloy A356 and AK7ch alloys were found. The study of the effect on the structure and properties of aluminum alloys and refining complex magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) thermoforce treatment (TFT) of liquid pre- and hypereutectic silumin and high-strength aluminum casting alloys in MDI was deepened. The regu-larities of phase transformations (the peritectic reaction) during cooling and solidification heterophasic metal sys-tems based on aluminum were determined with transition metals as alloying components, moving under the imposi-tion of these environments static magnetic fields, the fields of action studies on the structure of said metal systems and the effect of the factor movement on these process. Using modern microprocessor and computer equipment, modern monitoring and control systems for electrophysical treatment of liquid aluminum alloys, based on continu-ous monitoring of the molten mass in the MDI, allowed to provide the optimization of power consumption foundry MHD equipment. Have been further developed the research processes of deep plasma treatment of metal melts, which con-cerned not only refining, but also for impact on the structure of the liquid aluminum alloy. These works formed the basis of projects submitted to the competition of the European Union Research Program "Horizon 2020".
