The dependence of the efficiency of the separation of the optical isomers of alcohols on columns filled with chiral PCPs on the length of the column was found and it is shown that the use of the PCP of a zinc with chiral (S -lactate allows to achieve complete separation of the optical isomers of 1-phenylethanol. The use of the PCPs as carriers for thin-layer chromatography allows to separate organic substances. Compositions containing PCPs were designed that solidified with the expected form and may be used to form bulk objects of arbitrary configurations that can act as a stationary phase for liquid chromatography.
