New microscopic methods are developed to study nuclear systems consisted from three clusters. Properties of resonance states, which are generated in three-cluster continuum of light atomic nuclei, are investigated, their nature and dominant decay channels are established. Theoretical analysis of the dynamic of set of nuclear reactions are performed, these reactions take place in stellar environment and determine abundance of light atomic nuclei in the Universe.
