The purpose of research - to study features of viral infection in lesions M - potato virus for the acts of microbial agents. Research Methods - virology, molecular-genetic, agronomic, immunochemical, physiological, biochemical, biometric, tools and statistical methods. The method of electron microscopy, the presence of the virus in test tomato plants Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. grade Nevsky affected ERM. M - potato virus caused a decrease assimilation leaf surface of potato by 23.4%. Infected plants when using microbial preparations have a large area of leaf surface compared versus control: the version of Biohran - by 14.2% and Baktopaslon - by 5.1%. Studied the positive impact of microbial agents of Biohran and Baktopaslon growth and development potato plants infected ERM. Inoculation of Biohran and Baktopaslon helped to increase the height of the affected plants by 18.4% and 9.7%, respectively, in terms of control (without inoculation of infected plants) - 30.40 cm. The decrease in total chlorophyll content in leaves of affected plants. The largest increase amount chlorophyll a and b relative to the control was observed by using Biohran - 10,4-17,5% for actions Baktopaslon - 5,3-14,9%. The highest activity of the enzyme catalase at every stage of research was in control, the use of biologics - decreased by 6.4% to 32.1 version of Biohran and 8.9 - 23.5% - of Baktopaslon, indicating a better transfer of stress state potato plants caused by viral infection. At the maximum accumulation of N-virus infection in potato plants ribonuclease activity in control was 124.2 - 115.0 units. act. On the background of microbial preparations ribonuclease activity significantly decreased: in the version with Biohran - 25.7 - 27.8 units. act., Baktopaslon - 21,6-21,9 units. act. It suggests reducing the negative impact of viral infection. Inoculation of potato plants by microbialpreparation had a positive impact on performance and productivity rooting test-tubes potato plants.
