Objective - research and scientific justification to the effect of the destruction of biological products of plant by-products. Methods of research - a field, analytical, mathematical-statistical, computational and comparative. It was found that in extreme weather conditions, higher yields of potatoes and spring wheat obtained on organo-mineral nutrition background. The value of the yield of green mass of lupine and rye do not exceed the limits of experimental error, that is, it took place only a positive upward trend. Monitoring the phytosanitary state agrocenosis indicate a mixed type of contamination. The greatest number of weeds per unit area was observed in the organic-mineral background in food culture of continuous seeding. The biological activity of the soil fertilizer background was intensified compared to the control (without fertilizer) by 16.4%. In agrochemical indexes stationary arable soil layer had experience very low humus content and the hydrolyzed nitrogen, was very strongly acidic reaction of soil solution, provided improved mobile phosphorus and potassium exchange medium.
