Aim of work : providing of maintenance and effective use of sights and objects of cultural heritage, traditional character of environment of the inhabited places by development (adjustment) of historical and architectural supporting plans of cities and project of zones of guard of sights, determination of limits and modes of the use of territory of historical natural habitats of city; promulgation of results of scientific researches and scientifically-project developments in the field of the guard of cultural heritage, popularization of cultural heritage, distribution of knowledge about her, education in society of respect to national cultural heritage, understanding of necessities in relation to her maintenance. Research methods: the methods of theoretical researches are applied, namely a historical method is at approach of the systems, when the object of study is examined in an origin and development. Thus approach of the systems consists in the complex study of object as certain unity with the concerted functioning of parts and unit. As a research object is the difficult взаємопов'язаною multielement system (includes such hierarchical levels as a municipal environment, her fragments, architectural complexes and ensembles, separate building and building), then for his study the methods of structural genetic analysis and synthesis are applied. The methods of the bibliographic, cartographic, iconography researches archived,, and also methods of empiric researches, are applied: supervision, model researches, comparisons and mapping. It is conducted working, analysis, systematization of the collected data. Research job performance: on results historical townplanning researches 2014-2015, realizable employees of institute of the monument protection research within the framework of development of scientifically-project documentation on the cities of Volochysk, Horodok, Shepetivka of the inhabited places of Ukraine included to List of historical, collected material (text, illustrative and graphic parts) prepared to printing in composition collection "Historical townplanning researches".
