The purpose of the work is to study and assess the national and global determinants of Ukraine's economic growth in the conditions of turbulence in the world economy, to develop a macroeconomic model for identifying and assessing domestic opportunities and channels for spreading external influence on the national economy, identifying the possible consequences of changes in endogenous and exogenous constituents, and developing the basics of transition to economic growth. 3. Methods of research - analytical, mathematical and economical-statistical methods, methods of comparative and system-structural analysis, graph-analytical, economic-mathematical modeling. 4. The results of the study - the methodological principles of constructing a structural and logical model for the estimation of national and global determinants of economic growth, taking into account quantitative and qualitative changes in macroeconomic policy according to actual determinants, have been improved; the matrix of the intensity of paired investments is constructed - the degree of investor's interest in the recipient country, taking into account the scale effect, reveals the main directions of global investment flows; the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of information activities of investment promotion agencies as a factor for Ukraine's involvement in global value added chains has been developed and a comprehensive index of efficiency has been proposed; has further developed the idea of the composition and content of the determinants of industrial development, their influence on the processes of industrialization and deindustrialization on the basis of the institutional and structural approach; has further developed the rationale for the conceptual foundations of the state policy of development of the old industrial regions by introducing the provisions of the concept of "new regionalism"; proposals for measures of economic policy focused on the structural transformation of the Ukrainian economy and the formation of mechanisms for overcoming the crisis of the national economy have been developed. 5. The scientific novelty of the results of the GDR is the systematic characterization of national and global determinants of economic growth and the methodological principles of constructing a model for their evaluation, taking into account quantitative and qualitative changes in macroeconomic policy, are developed, recommendations for the formation of mechanisms for overcoming the crisis of the national economy and the transition to a new quality of economic growth. 6. The implementation of the results of the research was carried out in the form of proposals, analytical materials, separate sections in the scientific reports on the main directions of macroeconomic, structural, industrial, regional and technological policies that were used in the practical work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine , Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Statistics Service of Ukraine, National Committee for Industrial Development.
