Research purpose: solve the scientific task of developing and justifying new ways of activating and increasing the effectiveness of leasing by enterprises for the real sector. Research methods: classification-analytical method, receptions of statistical and graphic analysis, methods of logic analysis and systematic approach. Theoretical and practical results: it was considered the scheme of realization of the investment project financed by leasing. It was analyzed the investment situation in Ukraine, the structure of capital investments by sources of financing, revealed deficiencies in the system of state and market regulation, prospects for leasing development. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the investment project with leasing is given. Novelty Improved: methods of assessment the investment project by recounting the indicators which based on an integrated approach in leasing. This will allow to analyze the impact of leasing payments when drawing up a schedule for their payment on the performance indicators of the investment project, the maneuverability of the funds; provide the necessary level of liquidity of an industrial enterprise. Efficiency of introduction: proposals on the prospects for the development of leasing financing for investment projects will improve the efficiency of business - processes; take into account possible risks of incomplete and untimely fulfillment of obligations by the main participants of the leasing agreement.
