Such methods as distant consultations and monitoring of the teeth rows state, method of informational modeling of the dentistry information turnover with the establishment of the effective model - conception of the distant observation and consultation of scholars, statistical method of informational criteria purposed for the early teeth pathology diagnostics as well as the method of expert estimation of the teeth health performed on the basis of digital images analysis have been explored. The recommendations on the implementation of the developed system of distant monitoring of scholars into prophylactic dentistry observation have been identified. The criteria on early diagnostics of caries as well as on the estimation of orthodontic treatment have been determined. The algorithm on teeth surface images segmentation with the descriptors of color was created. The effectiveness of the developed informational system in the heightening of the dentistry health of scholars has been proved.
