In cohort 2 there were examined 64 cases of GER. The aim of study in cohort 1: assessment of factors connected to IUGR and weight deficiency in preterm babies at 1st year. In cohort 2: elaboration of GER diagnoctical algorhythm. In cohort 1 it was detected the significant correlation between delay of physical development and intrauterine growth retardation, long-term artificial lung ventilation, tube feeding more than 14 days, artificial feeding, anemia of newborn, severe asphyxia at birth. In cohort 2 it was detected, that reflux-questionnaire served as highly specific and sensitive method for screening diagnostics of pathological GER in children. In children with mutations of collagen gene A3 in homozygotic condition the more severe course of disease and higher rate of extra-esophageal signs were determined.
