Patients were distributed into 3 groups. The first group included patients who received bridging therapy with warfarin-controlled by INR. Warfarin was stopped for 2-3 days before the procedure and re-appointed in 4 hours after the operational period. For the period of the abolition of warfarin was administered Enoxaparin in dose 0.4-0.8 mg/kg twice daily. The second group included patients who used warfarin in high doze (4,5 ± 1,75) mg per day for the entire perioperative period without its cancellation in the perioperative period.
