Fixation of the objects should be provided no longer than 3-6 hours from the moment of 10% solution of neutral formalin adding in the conditions of refrigerator with temperature +4 С 0; after this material should be washed from fixative under the water for 2-3 hours and be dried it with filtration paper or napkin. Such method of fixation provided the best results regarding the decreasing of fixated tissues DNA degradation. The most effective methods of molecular-genetic research of fixated tissue in "paraffin blocks" or "histological specimens on the glasses" were determined.
