It was first discovered that the aforementioned strains of micromycetes convert 241Am and Pu isotopes with bound in the form of solid fuel particles into biologically accessible forms. The accumulation of 241Am in all strains is much higher than the accumulation of 137Cs and in C.cladosporium strains the accumulation of Am and Pu is an order of magnitude higher than the accumulation of 137Cs. The activity of 241Am and Pu isotopes in C.cladosporium micromycetes is two orders of magnitude greater than their activity in the feeding solution, and one remains commensurate for other strains. After analyzing of the beta spectra, no significant accumulation of 90Sr was observed in either the mycelium of the studied strains of micromycetes or in their feeding solutions. The accumulated activity of 137Cs, 154Eu, 241Am and Pu isotopes calculated per g of biomass is calculated and the transition coefficients of radionuclides in the "hot" particle-micromycete system are calculated. There was no correlation between the specific activities of radionuclides 241Am and 137Cs in "hot" particles and the specific activity of C. Cladosporioides accumulated in fungal biomass. The transition coefficients of 241Am in the biomass of the strains studied in the 30-km zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant are 2-3 times higher than the interaction of the fuel particle with the control strains isolated in the territories with a background pollution level. The obtained results indicate the presence of radiotropism for all studied strains of micromycetes. However, for strains of C.cladosporium micromycetes, the processes are much more efficient. Mycelia, in which the bulk of the assimilated 241Am and Pu isotopes are found, are biologically available for the subsequent incorporation of 241Am and Pu isotopes into the soil-plant chain.
