The purpose of the study is to improve the sectoral regulatory framework for the classification of repairs and operation maintenance works by reviewing the GBN G.1-218-182:2011 "Repair of public roads. Types of repairs and a list of works "and the SOU 42.1-37641918-105:2013 "Classification of operation maintenance works of public roads" and to develop the draft DSTU XXXX:20ХХ" Highways. Methods of the research are to process scientific and technical literature; to analyze initial data; monitoring of current legislative and regulations; summarizing; analogy method. Tasks that will be solved by applying the draft DSTU: specifying the list of road works to be performed on public roads; observance of a single technical policy during road works.
