Subject of research - Regularities and indices of influence on heat and mass transfer and aerodynamics of geometric characteristics of a package of profiled finned tubes and regime parameters of a gas-steam mixture under conditions of non-isothermicity under transverse flow. Purpose - Investigation of heat and mass transfer and aerodynamics in surfaced type condensation heat exchanger which manufactured from profiled finned tubes, development of thermal and aerodynamic calculations for condensation heat recovery of surfaced type of the deep cooling of flue gases. Based on the analysis of large-scale experimental studies of the intensity of heat and mass transfer processes in surface condensation heat exchangers, a new method for intensifying heat and mass transfer with reduced aerodynamic drag was developed. For the first time, regularities of heat and mass exchange and aerodynamic drag of the heat exchange surface from finned tubes of a non-circular profile have been established that operate under conditions of condensation of water steam from combustion products; for the first time, the nature of the influence of the geometric characteristics of the finned flat-oval tube on the formation of droplets on the condensation of steam; identified a high intensity of heat and mass transfer and low aerodynamic drag of the surface of finned flat-oval tubes compared to other analogues. The method of nonlinear regression and correlation analysis of the array of obtained data was used to obtained a multiplicative of heat and mass transfer model. A new generalizing dependence have been obtained for calculating the coefficients of heat and mass transfer and aerodynamic drag of a surfaced condensation heat exchange which is based on experimental study of the processes of the dynamic interaction of a condensate film and a steam-gas flow on a finned surface. An engineering technique for thermal and aerodynamic calculations of a perspective surfaced condensation heat recovery unit from flat-oval finned tubes was created, and technical recommendations for the design of a surfaced condensation heat exchanger was developed.
