Description

The object of study - double-layer small-net knit for medical purposes. Purpose - to develop a new structure of the double-layer small-net knitted fabric of polypropylene monofilaments. Method of research - experimental. Equipment - Raschel warp knitting machine HDR-8EH 12 class. Experimental studies, which resulted in two new small-net knitted structure of unpainted polypropylene filaments 0.12 mm in diameter, are designed; designed temporary technological modes of manufacturing fabrics for structures designed and manufactured pilot batches of knitted fabric in an amount of 50 sq.m. (Sample №1) and 182 sq.m. (Sample №2).
