The EGI Accounting portal is used as the main source of the information. The advantage of this approach is the complete independence of influence of possible upgrades of the APEL package included in the EMI/UMD Grid middleware and simplification of adding new sites to the monitoring. The process of the data collection is reduced to the following operations: formation of a reqwest to the EGI Accounting Portal and receiving the needed information in the form of an XML document, extraction of data from this document and writing the obtained quantities to the MySQL base configured on the portal. For visualization of the results, the Highcharts library is used allowing one to operate with data in various formats. For the end of 2016, the created accounting portal contains actual data on operation of practically all the sites of the national Grid infrastructure of Ukraine, NGI_UA. In 2016, a high level of stability of data collection processing at the portal was provided. Also, the portal visualization tools were developed further (in particular, by means of implementation of the Dashing structure with the corresponding panel). The security issues for the portal operation were a subject of a particular care. The access to the portal was restricted through the requirement of having a valid Grid certificate issued by the national certificate authority (CA) of Ukraine. The portal is featured by a due level of clearness, and it provides an easy access to the statistical information characterizing site operation with visual reports and dynamical graphs and diagrams. It contains a wide spectrum of tools for data presentation with abilities of (re)sorting, selection and comparison for an arbitrary interval of time and for various virtual organizations exploiting parameters that characterize productivity of the NGI_UA sites. Within fulfillment of the project, further support was provided for the workload management system (WMS) to simplify interaction between the EGI/WLCG resources and the NGI_UA users. Further operation at KIPT of the Regional Authority of the national CA was also provided.
