However, bioremediation is often ineffective due to hydrophobicity, toxicity of pollutants and their low bioavailability. Therefore, the urgent modern task is the developing complex approaches of environment purification using effective stimulators. A number of preparations based on microorganism-destructors of hydrocarbons, which isolated from contaminated objects, were developed. The efficiency of bioremediation of contaminated water and soil with obtained microbial preparations has been shown. Samples of thiosulfonate biocides were synthesized and their physicochemical and biological properties were investigated. The role of plants and stimulators (thiosulfonates, biosurfactants, chemical oxidants) in the soil from oil pollution cleaning has been shown. The positive effect of thiosulfonates and rhamnolipid biosurfactants (at low concentrations) on plant growth on oil contaminated soils has been estiminated (the improvement of plants morphometric and biochemical parameters). The experiments with complex use of microbial preparatios, plants, thiosulfonates, biosurfactants and chemical oxidants to improve the efficiency of recovery of polluted sites have been curried out. The results of studies have shown perspectives of chosen direction for technologies of remediation of environment with technogenic contaminations by oil, fuel and lubricants.
