The effect of temperature, static electric and magnetic fields as well as electromagnetic one was studied in this work. The theoretical analysis of observed phenomena was developed. The peculiarities of physical properties of nanohybridized structures of various composition with hierarchical barrier potentials and the influence of temperature, electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields were determined. Microscopic models were built. The mechanism of thermogalvanic generation and accumulation of electric energy in nanohybridized structures of various composition with periodically modulated and/or hierarchical barrier potentials was proved theoretically and experimentally. Regularities of Zeeman charge carriers localization in quantum wells of nanohybridized structures of various composition with periodically modulated and/or hierarchical barrier potentials were investigated.
