The principle of reduction of mathematical models was applied to assess the optimal vector of the induced optical effects extremes for a number of crystalline materials. To create a nanostructure crystalline materials it was suggested to use a nanoporous anodized aluminum oxide matrices with the corresponding method of their purification and activation, and the method of growth in their mesopores the soluble crystalline materials was proposed. The results of research are implemented in the educational process and are being prepared for their possible implementation as working elements of optoelectronic devices for micro- and nanoelectronics.
