Information × Registration Number 0217U006091, 0116U004140 , R & D reports Title Nanocrystal functional materials based on complex oxides of rare-earth elements popup.stage_title Head Vasylechko L.O., Registration Date 09-02-2017 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 With solid phase synthesis method using mechanical charge activation and with low temperature sol-gel synthesis method, micro- and nanocrystalline powders of solid solutions based on rare earth and alkaline earth oxides of metals and transition elements were obtained, including: mixed ferrites R1-xR'xFeO3 (R = La, Pr, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy); titanates-aluminates R1-xCaxAl1-xTixO3 та R1-xSrxAl1-xTixO3 (R = La, Nd, Sm); anion-deficient aluminate and gallates R1-xAxAlO3-y та R1-xAxGaO3-y (R = La-Gd; A = Ca,Sr); cobaltites-chromites RCo1-xCr1-xO3 (R=Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd). An X-ray analysis of synthesized materials was performed. Using Rietveld method, the crystal structure parameters of the obtained solid solution and microstructural parameters of synthesized nanopowders were determined. The influence of "chemical pressure" and temperature on the structural parameters of mixed ferrites, titanates, aluminates and cobaltites-chromites of REE was found. Using in situ method of high-temperature synchrotron radiation diffraction, the parameters of the anomalous thermal expansion for mixed ferrites Sm0.5R0.5FeO3 (R = Pr, Nd) and cobaltites-chromites RCo1-xCr1-xO3 (R = Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd) were determined, a sequence of low-temperature structural phase transitions in anion-deficient perovskites Pr0.9Ca0.1AlO3- and Pr0.9Sr0.1AlO3- was found, the phase diagrams of PrAlO3-CaO-SrO and PrAlO3 were build.
