Aim of investigations of the 2nd stage: 1.01.2016-31.12.2016 - to define clinical-pathogenic mechanisms of course of BAD (maniacal and mixed phases). Methods of investigation: clinical-psychopathological and clinical-anamnestic method, clinical-catamnestic analysis with an analytic study of the accessible clinical documents in order to investigate a clinical picture of the disease (structures of affective phases, remissions, types of course, and stages of the disease), neurophysiologic, clinical-biochemical, statistical methods. To formalize the data obtained it was worked out Protocol of the investigation. Results: On the base of the analysis of medical documents a contemporary pathomorphosis of the clinical-typological structure of BAD maniacal and mixed phases was studied. For the first time, BAD phases with a high suicidal risk were determined: doubled and mixed ones - hyperdynamic depression, associative-accelerate depression. Several stages of remission in BAD (partial, complete clinical, and complete functional remissions) were identified. The obtained data allow us to divide different types of BAD course in order to prescribe adequate therapies in aggravations and a supportive treatment in remission to prevent suicides, occupational and social declining, and commitment of socially dangerous acts.
