Aim of investigation: to define individual-psychological peculiarities of persons with alcohol dependence and their co-depended relatives, as well as characteristic for them strategies of interpersonal relations which influence on formation of the therapeutic alliance. Methods of investigation: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Results: The state of the problem of formation of the therapeutic alliance with patients with alcohol dependence and their co-depended relatives was analyzed. Levels of the therapeutic alliance in the course of anti-alcoholism treatment were investigated in the group of persons with alcohol dependence and in the group of persons with co-dependence. Clinical and social-psychological patients' characteristics influencing on formation of the therapeutic alliance of different levels were analyzed. Peculiarities of cognitive styles of patients and their co-depended relatives, which could enhance or decrease efficacy of the therapeutic alliance, were determined. In the examined contingent, it was performed an analysis of the main parameters of personality accentuations which negatively or positively influenced on therapeutic relations. Patients' destructive behavioral models were defined. These models corresponded to negative "parental attitudes" (i.e. attitudes obtained during childhood from significance adults) which manifested themselves under conditions of a therapeutic process and should be as targets for psychotherapy and psychocorrection.
