The neutron moderation theory, including the temperature of moderating medium, was developed. By the obtained theoretical expressions for moderating neutron spectrums the calculations of neutron spectrums were carried out for hydrogen and uranium-carbon medium . The calculated spectrums are in good agreement with the experimental neutron spectrum of VVER reactor and with the calculated spectrums obtained by the Monte Carlo method.
