Bogatsky, Physico-Chemical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Based on 2-alkyl-and-alkylidenpyrimidines, azolopyrimidines of different structure were synthesized. The worked out pyrimidines derivative samples are characterized by intense absorption in UV-region and with wide fluorescence bands at 380-550 nm and quantum yields are 0,0167-0,0361. For pyrimidines complexes with Tb(III) ions at excitation in ligand field absorption is observed character of 4f-luminescence lanthanide, which characteristics largely depend on solvent nature. Catalytic properties of acid-modified bentonite and clinoptilolite samples in the reaction of glycerol with acetone are compared. It was shown, that catalysts not decrease their activity during 6-7 cycles. The corresponding 1,3-dioxolane is the dominant reaction product at glycerol conversion >90%.
