The study - 128 patients with cystic formations of the pancreas. Objective: to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with cystic formations of the pancreas by optimizing diagnostic programs and improve methods of surgical treatment. Research methods - instrumental, morphological, immunohistochemical, immunological, biochemical, microbiological, clinical and statistical. Equipment - ultrasound devices with the function of the shear-wave elastometry, computer tomography, oesophagogastrodyodenoscope, roentgensurgery setting, light microscope, immunoassay analyzer, photoelectric, spectrophotometer. For the first time applied the methodology of shear-wave elastometry for differential diagnosis of cystic formations and assessment of the pancreatic. For the first time defined morphologic stages of formation of the cyst wall pseudocyst. Highlight five classes cystic formations pancreas and introduced selective therapeutic management strategies depending on the origin of cystic formations, taking into account the location, size, forming the walls of pancreatic cystic formations depending on the communication with the main pancreatic duct, inflammation activity and fibrosis stage pancreatic parenchyma, the nature of complications. Established draining performance advantages endoscopic surgery for a significant reduction in the frequency of early postoperative complications, duration of surgery and length of postoperative hospital stay of the patient in comparison with the open method. Identified risk factors for complications, recurrence of cysts, adverse outcomes during mini-invasive ultrasound, endoscopic and open surgery. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment strategy that allowed to determine the phasing, type and duration of treatment, specifically requested operation, which contributed to the improvement of technology mini-invasive, endoscopic and resection-draining surgery and has reduced the recurrence rate, postoperative complications and mortality, improve quality of life for patients. Implementation - in medical institutions of the city and other regions of Ukraine that the socio-economic impact. Method of implementation: published 24 articles and 35 abstracts, 3 newsletters declaration 9 utility model patents, one patent application, made 21 of conferences and congresses. mplementation - in medical institutions of the city and other regions of Ukraine that the socio-economic impact.
