The purpose of work – study of nonculturable state (NS) pathogenic, opportunistic and sanitary indicative enterobacteria induced by the action of the various classes of biocides, the recovery process of their cultivability and pathogenic potential. Research methods: bacteriological, fluorescence microscopy, biological, mathematical and statistical. Field of application: medical and sanitary microbiology, disinfectology. For the first time are disclosed NS regularities induction in enterobacteria, depending on dose and time of action of inorganic and organic biocides, developed an effective method of determining the membrane potential induced by the stress nonculturable enterobacteria, investigated of recovery in vitro and in vivo after the action of biocides nonculturable enterobacteria. Summarized results of studies are essential for effective epidemiological monitoring and prevention of infectious diseases and of surveillance products, laboratory diagnosis and prevention of infectious diseases, can be used in training programs of higher educational institutions and medical institutions of postgraduate education Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
