Subject of research was tannins with varying degrees of acylation and multiresistant strains of microorganisms. Research Methods: bacteriologyc, biochemic and statistic. As a result of sensitivity study of 213 strains isolated from patients, 6 strain resistant to more than 90.0% of the investigated antibacterial drugs was identified (2 - S.aureus, 1 - E.coli, 3 - P.aeruginosa). It is found that the properties of new antibacterial acylated tannins depend on replacement of phenolic hydroxides and their degree of modification. Resistance to a modified tannins, and their combinations with antibacterial drugs has been slower than antimicrobial controls. Inhibition of antibiotic resistance to penicillin and cephalosporin in multidrug-resistant strains of S.aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa by acylated tannins was shown.
