They are more simple in use and make possible to determine the energy of the transitions with the accuracy of a few electron volts. A new experimental approach was used for determining the energy of the excited states in atomic nuclei. The measurements of energy were made by supporting conversion method with subsequent calculation of power and energy of all levels and gamma-rays accompanying the decay of the parent nucleus, according to our algorithm. This approach get precision data on energy levels and gamma-rays with precision of a few electron volts. We have done measurements in a follow way. We prepare a mixed source with gamma-rays of defferent energy in such way that energy of gamma-line which we want to define was the left or right on the range was at least one line known with high accuracy. Then we measured the position of the line in the spectrum, build reference points for the calibration curve on it and determine the required energy gamma-line. For precise determination of energy it is important to find rapper gamma-line to the measured gamma-line. This arrangement minimizes errors associated with the uncertainty of the calibration curve spectrometer. So much choice at supporting gamma-line is the presence in this region of the spectrum suitable nuclear spectroscopic normal. A list of recommended standards for energy nuclear spectroscopy today has about 240 gamma-lines covering the energy range from 24 to 4806 keV.
