Anomalies in the internal conversion coefficients of inhibited rotary M1- transitions in 163Er, 165Er, 175Lu, 177Hf, 191Ir were investigated. The experimental values of matrix elements penetration and calculated values renormalization gs-factors in operators spin-multipole interaction. The value of renormalization gs-factor is derived from data on abnormal M1 conversion close to the renormalization gs-factor for M1 transitions, which are obtained from the study of nuclear magnetic moments. With the help of magnetic beta-spectrometer it was measured accurately the ratio of the intensities of internal conversion electrons on K- and L-shells 165Ho for gamma-transition of 362 keV. In the first time parameter lambda penetration for M2 component of the gamma-transition and mixing parameter delta(E3/M2) were determined. The size of the impurities E3-multypolnosti responsible radiation transition probability B(E3)(362 кеВ) = 46 (6) W. u. indicating its collective nature and perhaps of oktupolnu deformation of core 165Ho. With the help gamma-spectrometers, which consist of four different types of semiconductor detectors accurately were measured the relative intensity of K-, X- and gamma-rays that accompanied the disintegration of isomeric states in 177Lu (T1/2 = 160.44 days). These data were used to determine the coefficient of internal conversion (CEC) for K-forbidden E1-transition with an energy of 55 keV in 177Hf. High ban factor of gamma-radiation causes abnormalities in the CEC, which is observed in the experiment. Differences between theoretical and experimental values for 177Hf CEC can not be explained by other impurities of the same parity multipolarity. They can agree, if only to suggest the presence of intranuclear conversion penetration parameter delta1 = 5.7 (0.8). The experimental value for delta1 gamma55 keV 177Hf is in good agreement with the expected calculated depending on empirical parameter of penetration of nuclear factor prohibitions FW for K-forbidden E1-transitions.
