Flowsheet developed based on low hydrothermal method. Nanostructures ZnO: Al doped with Al treated by the addition of aluminum nitride in the sol-gel and hydrothermal synthesis solution. Morphometric characteristics studied using scanning electron microscopy techniques, enerhodyspersnoyi spectrometry and X-ray analysis.Developed highly sensitive sensor to ultraviolet radiation (UV). The physical model of the SAW sensor ZnO nanorods and without them, the sensitivity of such sensors is analyzed by finite element. Made resonators have the following common characteristics: the resonant frequency of the cavity with ZnO nanorods is 37.56 MHz; bandwidth - 420 kHz; Insertion loss - below 21 dB. For resonator nanorods of ZnO: Al these options have value 37.39 MHz, 470 kHz and 37 dB respectively. It is proved that the use of nanorods significantly increases sensitivity, due to a significant increase in the working area of ??the sensor (10-20 times). The resulting solutions can be successfully used to implement highly sensitive sensors with the ability of UV radiation and wireless fluorescent biosensors in real-time measurements.
