Was obtained the scientific data on the impact of the process parameters of a nanostructured oxides arrays synthesis on the structure, physico-chemical properties and electrical characteristics. The refined mathematical models and theoretically grounded physical and technological bases of effective electromechanical energy conversion of mechanical vibrations into electrical energy was developed. The experimental samples of multilayer nanostructured oxides was made which at a nanorods diameter of about 130 nm, generated output voltage in the range of 5-30 mV and an output current of 0,3 nA and 3,0 nA. The maximum efficiency of mechanical to electrical energy converting was obtained by 21.8% with a mean of 12.5%.
