The research objective is to develop means of spacecraft protection from vibratory loads during transportation and injection into orbit, a procedure for replacing tests of the spacecraft resistance to attack by acoustic loads with wide-band vibration tests, a procedure for estimating technical-and-economic indices of the development and state of the art of the Earth remote sensing spacecraft. The research methods: mathematical modelling, a theory of oscillation, systems analysis, information and analytical one. The results obtained. The calculating and mathematical models are developed to study dynamic spacecraft qualities under random disturbances. Ways for realizing predicted vibrations in air, automobile and railway transportation of spacecraft are formulated. Parameters of vibration isolators are chosen. The design of a pneumatic system of spacecraft vibration isolation from the longitudinal dynamic loads during its injection into orbit is proposed, and its parameters are selected. A conclusion can draw regarding a theoretical possibility of replacing an acoustic bench with a vibration stand. A procedure for calculating expected costs of the development of the Earth remote sensing spacecraft and that of estimation of the state of the art of these spacecraft as an index of quality and competiveness are developed.
