The research goal is to develop the project of a procedure for estimating the state of the art of the spacecraft for Earth remote sensing using the state-of-the-art technologies. The methods used: theory of systems, systems analysis, information and analytical methods, technical expertise, matrix calculations. The results obtained. An algorithm for computerizing the state of the art of the spacecraft for Earth remote sensing is developed, and an example of calculations of the state of the art of the Sich 2M spacecraft is illustrated. The research results can be applied to the development of the procedure for estimating the feasibility factors of the development and the state of the art of spacecraft for Earth remote sensing.
