This allowed to investigate the conditions for the improvement of qualitative characteristics of the cement mantle in case of the cemented endoprosthesing. Roentgenological and anthropometric studies of the proximal part of the femur and acetabulum allowed to determine the regularities that gave the possibility to improve the fixation of the acetabular and femoral components in case of hip replacements and develop an algorithm of rational choice of designs of components of hip implants and methods of their fixation. Improved designs of native hip replacements ORTEN and their implantation techniques allowed to obtain good results of treatment in 94.6% -97.3% of patients with different types of hip involvement.
