The main results consist in finding of strong correlations between concentrations of a reducing agent and restored gold ions and final characteristics of received gold hidrosoles. Applying of electro photometry technics shows increasing of absorption intensity with ratio of concentrations changing while the expected shift of the absorption band corresponding to the maximum wave length 530 nm does not revealed. Observed effect proves some rising in restoring processes efficiency and increase in the gold nanoparicles with sizes about 15-20 nm concentration. Use of the scanning electron microscopy methods to study electron properties of Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and nanocomposits based on TMV and gold nanopartices shows that scanning across the interval from 0V to 6V produces spontan and forced transitions to the state with relatively high conductivity that does not manifest in pure TMV. Observed so called switching effect can be applied to create digital memory devices with extremely high density of information.
