The object of research is process of the deregulation policy implementation. Methods of research are systematic approach, logical, statistical, graphical analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, historical method. Results of research are definition of "deregulation" as a specific manifestation of the government regulation process which is based on the principles of appropriateness and consistency of the regulation interests at the macro-, micro- and meso- level and creates the conditions for sustainable and dynamic socio-economic development of the country; development of theoretical and methodological recommendations on assessment of impacts deregulation processes for the development of entrepreneurship with the definition of the problems and prospects of deregulation forming areas. The results can be applied in the study areas of the business activity deregulation in Ukraine, in the development of proposals to amend the legislation governing the business and enhance efficiency in terms of the integration processes. The forward-looking proposals on promising areas of research are development of scientific justification deregulation improvement measures in the field of entrepreneurship.
