An intelligent application system is first created, which allows to automatically construct solutions of NP-hard optimization problems of packing 2D-objects of arbitrary shapes. The computing core system is implemented as a set of Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL), which can be used independently when processing the initial data, constructing mathematical models, searching for approximate solutions, generating the solution space and searching for local and global extrema of these problems.
