The methods of qualitative and quantitative monitoring of biocides in the laboratory samples were developed. A virtual screening of biological activity of the thiosulfanilic using the computer program PASS was carried. Experimental studies of the effective biocidal action of synthesized laboratory samples of thiosulfanate biocides against cultures ofBurkholderia serasia, Alcaligenes faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Corynebacterium xerosis, Klebsiella pneumonie, Bacillus liheniformis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus lysodeikticus, Canadida albicans and phytopathogenic Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas, Agrobacterium, Erwinia and Corynebacterium were conducted. The perspective of thiosulfanilates as biocide substances has been confirmed by obtained results. The effect of methyl and ethyl esters of 4-aminobenzenethiosulfonic acid on animals has been evaluated. The composition of composite preparations based on thiosulfanilate biocides and biosurfactants had been developed, and their antimicrobial action to a number of microorganisms, including pathogenic microorganisms, was studied. The influence of ramnolipid biocomplex and ethyl thiosulfanilate on the plants of Pisum sativum and Sorghum cultivated in oil polluted soil was investigated.
