Aim - to determine consistent patterns of electrodeposition of a metal and oxide-coated matrix from suspension electrolytes, and also influence of composition of solutions and conditions of synthesis on structure of composites. Research methods - cyclic and stationary voltammetry, sedimentation analysis, turbidimetric method, electrophoretic method, scanning submicroscopy, x-ray diffraction. New kinetic parameters which allow to describe well process of electrodeposition of a metal and oxide-coated matrix of suspension electrolytes are offered and to explain increase in speed of process in the presence of particles of a disperse phase which have no characteristic electrochemical activity. Use of suspension electrolytes allows to receive composites which represent a matrix from iron or dioxide of lead filled with particles of a disperse phase. The composition of composite depends on the modes of an electrolysis, a charge of particles of a disperse phase and an electrode, and also fall velocity of a matrix, concentration of components in solution and colloid chemical properties of suspension electrolytes. It is shown that the kinetics of coprecipitation of particles of a disperse phase with a metal matrix is adequately described by advanced model of Gugliyemi. Physical and chemical properties of composites significantly differ from a metal or oxide-coated matrix and are defined by their structure.
