Methods of investigations: elemental analysis, differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry; infrared, nuclear-magnetic resonance spectroscopy; rheometry, rotational viscometer, the study of the physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials. Its established in dependent of: of viscometer properties regularity of quarternary ammonium salts and their analogues – ionic liquids of new type; reaction synthesis of tris[tri(butoxy)titanoxy)]borate with unsaturated monocarbon acids with different substitution degree of butoxy groups on unsaturated acyl radicals; the structure parameters and properties of elastomeric which content a modified systems on the basis of phenolophormaldehyde oligomers with adding fat acids esters depending of technological parameters of rubber mixes and content of the modifying system. The new composite materials on the basis of the modificated phenolophormaldehyde matrix which reinforced by polyamide fibers with high tensile and triboengineering properties are obtained. The new synthesis method of epoxy products obtaining from the raw fats is proposed.
