Purpose is development fundamental technological scheme of LPS pilot production and testing methods for the synthesis of materials, that are integral elements of the LPS. Also is research of thermal properties and composition of solid plasticized «solvent-free» polymer electrolytes. Methods of research is thermogravimetric analysis, differential - scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray analysis, impedance spectroscopy, electrochemical studies in galvanostatic mode and cyclic voltammetry. The obtained development and testing data justify the created methodic of component synthesis for polymer electrolyte, making the polymer electrolyte, cathode material modification, manufacturing of cathode mass that based on lithium-manganese spinel modified by additives, cathode manufacturing, pore space of the cathode effectively filling by the polymer electrolyte, and anode fabrication based on lithium and lithium-aluminum alloy. The developed techniques formed the basis of the principal technological scheme of pilot production of LPS. The protocol of plasticized formulations and solid "solvent-free" polymer electrolytes thermal properties investigation was obtained, that showing the use of developed polymer electrolytes in LPS at elevated temperatures.
